At Chouette, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund policy.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Be in the same condition as received
- Not have been worn, used, or altered in any way
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Repackage the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.
3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

- Exchange for a different size/color/style
- Store credit towards a future purchase
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Warranty
Chouette products are backed by a 4 months warranty. If your item becomes defective during this time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
